Skyslope: Must be updated within 72 hours of listing a property, and or when a property goes under contract.  You can upload the files yourself at https://realtyonegroup.onelogin.com/  CLICK on Skyslope or send everything to our Transaction Coordinator at [email protected] so our team may assist you.  

Files that are not uploaded into Skyslope in a timely manner will be subject to a $100.00 fine. No exceptions

Anticipated CLOSINGS:  If you have a property scheduled to close this month.  Please prepare the Click here: BILLING INVOICE  after it is completed send it to [email protected] and copy [email protected]

If you are unsure of how to bill properly we will prepare your commission invoice accordingly.  

It's your responsibility to reach out to have us review it as once settlement happens it is extremely hard to correct it.

Commission Processing: Takes place on Tuesdays evenings and Thursday evenings.  Checks will not be processed if documents are missing. Even ONE document will hold up the process which delays payment.  Please plan accordingly!
